Ingredients To Avoid In Natural Hair Products
I am very much against the chemicals companies are adding which consumers like you and me are using, and what really upsets me is the medical association and the FDA now knows these chemicals can be contributing to our health. I ask myself over and over why are these companies allowed to be adding such harmful chemicals in our food and other products, you will find most of the ingredients which are unknown to you are most likely not healthy for you.

Whats On My Mind Today?
We really must start taking more time to stay healthier by cutting back on the chemicals we are exposing our bodies to, I know we can’t eliminate the chemicals harming us completely, but we really need to try to use more products which are chemical-free as much as we possibly can.
Interesting timing. I was sent a random survey about hair products and asked if I would be willing to try them for free. They looked enticing but I turned the vendor down because I realized that they were loaded with chemicals where the product I use has simple ingredients that keep my hair healthy. So, yes I am a big believer in avoiding harsh chemicals and I find your home made shampoo recipes very useful in achieving that goal. Thanks for sharing.

I love products that use natural ingredients. And I dislike those with chemicals. I am now using a shampoo that has natural lime fruits as ingredients. It is really good.
But I do wish to try the CBD hair products some day. When it becomes legal in Singapore, I will be one of the first to buy and try them!

Thanks for the great post. I am going to checkout creating my own shampoo and see if it helps. I have naturally curly hair so many of the chemicals do not agree with my hair and tend to dry it out. I do feel we need to be more aware of what we put in our bodies and on our bodies in regards to chemicals.
